Delivery
All of my bags will arrive in a protective fabric dust-bag which you can reuse.
If you wish your item to be gift wrapped, please message me to discuss further.
I currently only deliver to UK addresses. I use Royal Mail Tracked 48 service to post my orders and I’ll always try to pack and post ready made items as soon as I can. If there will be any delay (i.e. when I’m away on holiday) I will contact you to discuss further.
For custom made bags, timescales to make the bag will depend on the design and materials. I will communicate a timescale to you before you finalise your order.

Returns
I really hope that you are happy with your purchase. If you're not, here’s how I can help:
Change of Mind - For ready made bags
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. You must contact me in advance.

Change of Mind - for custom orders
You will pay a 20% deposit before the bag is made and I will send you photographs once completed. If you do not wish to take the bag, you will forfeit the deposit, unless I have explicitly not met the requirements of your order. If this is the case, I will return the deposit or rectify the issue.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your product to be faulty or damaged, contact me within 14 days with a photo and description. I’ll can look to rectify the issue, offer a replacement or refund.
Faults after 14 days
My bags are made to last but there could be issues through use. If a thread sticks out, you are fine to trim it off. When crocheting, the ends are sewn in and on occasions can poke out. I
If its more than that, please let me know and I can consider if I can help repair the item. I also need to know for feedback on my products and to continue to improve. I use my bags myself and find them hardwearing, but each design and material is different.
How to Return
Use the contact form on this website or email me at smgunn1@hotmail.com with your details and reason for return. I will provide instructions for sending it back. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should use a service that offers sufficient cover for the value of the item and obtain proof of postage. I will not be held responsible if the item does not reach me.
Refunds
Once I receive the item, I’ll inspect it and notify you. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days.
